Honestly, it has been the best decision I have made by far. I’m loving the coaching, it’s a total different outlook on health, nutrition and fitness than what I had thought of before.
Every single day I have learnt something new and I can honestly say you are great at what you do and are the nicest and easiest person to talk to or go to for advice!
The constant support just keeps me going and it is what I need. I love my check ins not only to see my progress but to see what is next.

Since I have started coaching with Sarah I have learned how to achieve my goals and progress each week while also maintaining a work life balance.
Sarah is always there to support and guide me when life gets messy whether it be work, sickness or anything at all that life can throw at you.
